Isn't it amazing that we have the science of yoga and meditation to help us? There are ways that we can influence how we feel. We can be active agents in our own well being.
My personal journey has taught me that there are times when thinking and talking can be very helpful. I have also learned that the body and the breath are powerful tools that we can use to impact our wellness.
I completed my 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, and feel so fortunate to have been able to deepen my studies with my teacher, Ram Gupta in India in 2018. I have completed a 300 Meditation Teacher training, under my teacher's supervision and it is with his blessing that I share my teachings with you.
